Superfood return with new single I Can’t See

Superfood

We did an article here a few months ago as an artist spotlight of B-Town indie kids Superfood, well they’ve released another single. Back in February, a hiatus of three years came to an end with their single Double Dutch.

The band is well known for their presence in the 2012-2014 indie scene and their resurgence was nothing more than surprising, having stripped down to just two members (Dominic Ganderton and Ryan Malcom) and a sound favouring the sample led beats to their past style of indie guitar music.

New track ‘I Can’t See’ seems to marry the two styles nicely, still with a focus on sampled beats but an upbeat guitar paired with it providing us with this euphoric feel good track. The freedom they’ve set themselves and now being signed to Dirty Hit has done the band wonders. This is definitely a track to listen to on warm summer days with friends. The mysterious new album is looking to be fantastic.
