Throughout the year we strive to discover new emerging talent within the music industry. With a mini-music revolution taking part, bands are constantly forming up and down the country with new and innovative ideas and takes on the current music norms. With 2016 drawing to a close we are going to be nominating 10 bands who we feel are our greatest discoveries.
Franklin have been creating acoustic/indie pop music for two years now, they have rapidly grown in size by playing at the popular local venue with indie bands, The Horn, St. Albans.
The indie quartet includes Alex Frankl (Vocal/Guitar), Brandon Hargrave (Lead Guitar/Keys), Seb Hakim (Drums) and Barney Trent (Bass).
Previous performances include, an opening set for The Pigeon Detectives at Hertfordshire Universities Fresher’s week and numerous gigs at The Horn have brought them so far. The band are to release their new single ‘Skream’ in the coming weeks and with a possible EP coming the horizon is bright for the young lads.
