Sundara Karma have released their unbelievably infectious new song ‘Lakhey’ ahead of their reissue of their acclaimed debut album ‘Youth Is Only Ever Fun In Retrospect’.
‘Lakhey’ is another rush of playful, opulent and ambitious indie-pop – showcasing how they’ve caught the hearts of so many with one album in their wake. Who knows what’s next for Sundara Karma? World domination?
The band always seem to keep every tune that they fabricate is significantly different to the others, making you yearn for your Sundara Karma fix with every song, a talent that few bands are yet to do. Maturity and seriousness shine through their music, it would not be a surprise to anyone if they enter 2018 with a humongous amount of achievements in their wake already.
Sundara Karma have a busy summer this year, with the band taking to the fields to play an amazingly long run of festivals including Blissfields, Truck, Y Not?, Victorious, TRNSMT and Reading and Leeds, before returning in September and October to play the biggest UK headline shows of their career to this date – including a huge show at London’s O2 Academy Brixton.
