By ISLAND are an indie/alternative pop quartet from London and have released their latest track ‘Dreaming Of’ aheah of their new EP ‘A Place Like You’, which is to be released February 3rd. The band consists of Rollo Doherty, Jack Raeder, James Wolfe and Toby Richards.
‘Dreaming Of’ has a very atmospheric sound with a soaring of chorus, I suppose fairly similar in style to Amber Run. Introvert of lyric, the track combines pin-point guitar lines with some elegant, uplifting electronics.
The band picked up more than two million Spotify streams and finished the year with a sold out show at London venue the Scala. So the guys are deffinetly ones to keep your eyes open for.
