We’re getting closer and closer to the release of the eagerly awaited sophomore album “Something to Tell You” from HAIM, out in just a few weeks on July 7th. To tease us just a little bit more, the sisters have shared the album’s third single, “Little of Your Love.”
The track showcases their vocal harmonies and funk-induced off-beat sounds the trio is known for, as well as a mesmerizing guitar solo at the end. It only serves to elevate the bright pop-rock sheen that reflects off each shining second of the song itself. It’s propelled by thumping drums and funky electric guitar riffs, featuring a taste of the sisters’ signature catchy harmonies on the chorus from which the song owns its name.
The song is enough to brighten up anyone’s day, with the band having the captivating voices that they deserve, turning any artist green with jealousy.
The most definite fact is that it is an upbeat jam that’s sure to draw more of the friendly Fleetwood Mac comparisons that have swirled around the band since 2013’s “Days Are Gone.”
