Psychedelic indie quartet Behold The Brave have released their latest single ‘Peaches’ which offers some awesome trippy grooves.

The Chattanooga, Tennessee, outfit comprising of Clayton Davis, Zack Randolph, Jeremiah Thompson, and Joel Parks have been festival and gig favourites across their home state and have been featured on tv shows and ad campaigns globally.

Latest effort ‘Peaches’ was inspired by the high and low tides in a long-term relationship. As the track progresses, it’s in and out of a soul-inspired lovers rant.

The style and structure of the song metaphorically walk hand in hand with the message, while also honing in on one consistent element of vulnerability and soft-hearted love. ‘Peaches’ boasts some high pitched auto-tuned vocals and gritty guitars in places as the confusing mixture of elements come together in harmony.

In the trippy, psychedelic music video, shot and edited by Grant Whitsett was partly shot in the woods where frontman Clayton Davis was singing to the camera.

Compared to the band’s previous work, ‘Peaches’ marks a new turn in the Below the Brave boat as their previous work – a two-part EP titled Boondoggle – is guitar-heavy compared to the new psych-driven approach. It’s keeping fans on their toes and the band’s music refreshing.
