Dublin four-piece The Riptide Movement are back with the release of their eagerly anticipated new single ‘Something Special’ and tour.
‘Something Special’ is the 2nd single to be released from the band’s upcoming EP and the song is exactly what the title suggests. It’s an uplifting, energising, guitar driven anthem with a massive chorus, it’s a huge sound from a consistently great band.
Renowned for their phenomenal live shows and soaring, guitar driven, energetic tracks, the band co-produced the EP in Attica Studios with the legendary Tommy McLaughlin (Villagers, SOAK).
The Dublin band has also released an environmentally conscious web series called Plastic Oceans in association with Clean Coasts to help tackle the ongoing crisis the world faces.
With four studio albums to their name, The Riptide Movement have a tour that starts in London next month (October 4th) on the release date for their EP release.
To celebrate the release, the band have an extensive Irish and UK tour, aptly called ‘The Something Special Tour’. Tickets are on sale now.
