The Institutes produce raw and anthemic indie rock

Coventry quartet The Institutes have released their new single ‘Caught In A Dream’ as they blaze onto the national stage.

Formed in 2016, Reid Currie – Vocals, Andy Hall – Guitar/Vocals, Andy Lowe – Bass and Kirk Savage – Drums have wasted no time in creating two sets worth of anthemic, yet raw songs with vulnerable poetic lyrics and musical creativity.

The new track kicks off with some Amazons-esque guitar riffs before going to their catchy hooks and furious rhythms. It has already seen them gain plaudits for their live shows up and down the country.

The Institutes are frequently able to switch from chaotic melodic wonder to delicate brazen honesty only slam their foot on the accelerator to speed you off to ecstasy.
