Lo-Fi indie rock trio That Dog Don’t Hunt serve up some soul-infected tunes with a dash of refreshing rock riffs.

Composed of brother and sister duo Laura Hale (bass) and Tommy Busby (vocals/guitar) with Partick Cone on drums, the Texas-based band mix DIY indie-fuzz garage rock that mirror Kings of Leon and DIY Lo-fi production that reminds you of the Pixies and The Strokes.

The trio’s latest release Parking Lot Revival EP is flooded with fuzzed out hooks and atmospheric soul riffs to get you in the party mood, which is just what we need right now thanks to COVID-19.

Anchored by tracks like ‘Broken Record and ‘Forces’, That Dong Don’t Hunt not only have an awesome name but serve up raw and meaningful lyrics and refreshing indie rock that’s free of pop pretensions that often go along with it.
