Synth-Pop duo Drive release soaring track ‘Reckless’

Synth-Pop duo Drive has returned with their third track, ‘Reckless’. The song joins ‘Spectator Sports’ and ‘Vertigo’, a collection of music influenced by the likes of Jungle, Phoenix, M83 and MGMT.

‘Reckless’ is a building and soaring track that features a huge array of different sounds that get you excited. The seamless riffs beneath energetic and nostalgic-feeling vocals make the song a perfect festival anthem. As the vocals push themselves through verses and into choruses, we are transported into a synth-pop kingdom that keeps us transfixed for 3 minutes and 22 seconds.

Drive made their live debut at Newcastle’s Hit the North Festival in May 2019 and have since concentrated on recording their EP which is set to be released later this year. In the meantime, listen to ‘Reckless’ and rate the track out of 10.
