Ronjo V combines vintage guitars with modern alt rock

Ronjo V

Vintage guitars with slick, hooked-filled choruses – that’s the sound of American duo Ronjo V who are following up their debut EP with new single ‘Find Me Out’.

It’s been four years since the six-track extended play was released and Ryan Joseph and Michael Morgan make a groovy return with this alt rock number.

The Texas-based duo has announced their debut album is on its way with ‘Find Me Out’ being the first release. Rondo V introduces us to a journey described as “a haunting yet stoic examination of the world”.

The single produced by White Denim’s James Petralli, mixed by Jim Vollentine mastered by Christian Wright of Abbey Road Studios, has a country vibe to it in the vocals with the addition of some modern indie pop undertones. It’s certainly an atmospheric track with both Ryan and Michael complimenting each other.

The drum performance seems like a classic rock concept with its bold percussions gives the song a burst of emotion. If you like – or don’t – what you hear, give Ronjo V a rating out of 10.
