PRETTY is swathed in mesmerising guitars

PRETTY

Newley formed band PRETTY share their debut single ‘Breathe Some’ to the world propelled by insinuating groove and majestic guitars.

The Los Angeles-based quintet is swathed in mesmerising guitars, chiming and searing, cresting with a skyscraping chorus of liberation and relief.

At the heart of the band are three brothers – Milosh (vocals), Mihalio (guitar) and Topli (keys) – who collectively conjured their joyful noise, together with the dynamic rhythm section of partners in crime, Connor (drums) and Felipe (bass).

Milosh, reveals the song’s message of communion and hope was inspired by radiant words gifted to him by his little brother, Topli, in a particularly bleak period.

He said: “You need to breathe some life into your crown. The words he said to me, they really brought me back into reality. But this isn’t just a song about me and my brothers. I think it’s really a song for anyone who’s spent even a moment in darkness and been blessed by a hand extended in love and grace.”

Bathed in the dream pop, punk, and metal sheen of elder statesmen like Lou Reed, Robert Smith, Iggy Pop, and Richard Butler, the music of PRETTY sparks to vivid life in live shows that are jubilant revivals and combustible mischief, punk in spirit, but devoted to richest melody, grace, and power.
