Ones To Watch 2020: Sarpa Salpa

sarpa salpa

Northampton quartet Sarpa Salpa are on the ICM Ones To Watch list following the release of their debut EP ‘Say Something’.

The band has been under ICM’s radar since they formed in early 2018 and have since continued to grow in confidence and fine-tune their impressive indie pop sound.

Sarpa Salpa played dozens of live shows throughout 2019 to wow over unsuspecting fans with funky guitars, a pop beat and 80’s synth. It’s not exactly something new, but the band makes it seem new and exciting all over again.

Comprising of Marcus Marooth, George Neath, Charlie Die and Ethan Whitby, they have recently been joined by Meg on Keys who brings in another layer to the live show, and Sarpa Salpa will take the EP on the road for a run of dates in January and February and beyond at venue near you.

Listen to ‘Say Something’ and all of the other currently announced ICM Ones To Watch artists on our Spotify playlist! Every day this month we’ll add another band to the list.
