The Slow Readers Club released their album ‘National Institution’ earlier this year, and have now followed up with a five-track EP ‘The Wait’.

The EP includes single ‘The Wait’, the closing track of the earlier album, along with unreleased B-Side ‘National Institution’, and three acoustic tracks.

Coming in at just under three-minutes, ‘National Institution’ is a bop-along guitar pop track that finds the right balance of upbeat melodies and darker, more brooding vocals.

The new EP is available on 7″ vinyl now via Modern Sky UK.
