The Racket

Widnes’s favourite sons The Racket are back and taking a swipe at the tabloids with new track ‘No Shine From The Sun’.

The new release is a pulsing cut of indie punk, with bop-along guitar riffs and a lead vocal dripping in Brit-Pop swagger and punk spirit.

The band describe the track as “a protest song exposing the lies and twisted headlines that the press push down the public’s throats every day.”
