MAM Song of the Week: BRIDGES – ‘Stole the Words’

BRIDGES

BRIDGES are the Bridgwater/London quartet creating anthemic indie rock delivered with emotion, darkness, and hope. Fast building a loyal following, the band have performed at prestigious festivals such as Leeds, Glastonbury, 2000 Trees and Isle of Wight to name a few.

Latest release ‘Stole the Words’ is another ambient, emotive track from the five-piece, which showcases the bands wonderfully refined and hard-hitting sound.

The band said of the track: “To put into words how much someone can mean to you can be cliché. It is hard to remember to tell those closest you love them when things move so fast.

“Our last single Wishbone digs into wanting to be better, to be your best. Stole the words expands on this to others – it is our nod to putting the things that are really important first.”
