Ladies have now released their second single, and fan favourite, ‘Eyes of the Dodge’.
Chas Moody (lead vocalist), Sam Branch (bass/backing vocals) and Mitia Smirnov (drums/backing vocals), from Liverpool recently had a chat with us about what’s exactly behind their music with influences from Television and The Smiths, you can tell from listening to them that they’re 80’s rock/pop music is building up a huge cult following.
Ladies are certainly a band you need to get under your radar, you can find them playing all over their hometown, making plenty of noise for people to shout about.
It’s been years since a band so reliant on a DIY ethic from the start has come into existence. And Ladies with that ideal in mind, echo a similar sentiment to The Cribs, The Libertines, and The Strokes.
