Well-established touring musician, now solo artist Liz Lawrence features in the ICM Ones To Watch 2021 series as her experimental labour takes off.
The multi-instrumentalist and producer kicked her solo career off in 2012 but has also spent two years touring with pals Bombay Bicycle Club and for being half of electro-pop duo Cash+David.
After teaching herself how to produce, her solo career took off again in 2017 with ‘Chainsmoking / We Got Love’. Liz also dropped her second album Pity Party in 2019, an unvarnished yet defiant snapshot of her world right now.
Fast forward to today, Liz Lawrence is working on album number three in her new recording studio she built with her dad during the lockdowns. This is set to be an exciting year for the indie pop artist as her career grows stronger and stronger.
