Post-punk rockers goldenbloom share new single ‘(Great) Britain’ this month, a howling track about post-Brexit Britain.

Following the release debut EP and the addition of bassist Johnny Brock, goldenbloom have been hard at work on their follow-up single. It mocks how clueless and disillusioned the country has become. A furiously stompy and fist clenching belter, ‘(Great) Britain’ proves that goldenbloom aren’t a one-trick-pony and have more tricks up their sleeve.

Since forming in May 2019, goldenbloom (Jordan Walker, Will Young, Justas Pugaciauskas) released three-track EP LOVE which picked up critical acclaim across the punk music scene for their wailing guitars, hard-hitting drums and howling vocals.

With talk of future releases, and possibly a second EP in the pipeline, this quartet are looking to come out of the quarantine singing. Check it out below and leave an ICM Rating out of 10!
