Having emerged in Washington DC in 2017, Teen Mortgage has established themselves as one of the most captivating live acts in the city.

To accompany their live sound, the two-garage punk two-piece has released ‘Falling Apart’, an energetic rock track which perfectly exhibits the band’s incredible musicianship.

‘Falling Apart’ is a constantly building and explosive track which would expertly compliment their live energy. Lyrically, the track is rich and full of angst. It’s easy to see how the band have commanded support slots with notable garage rock acts such as Bass Drum of Death, JEFF the Brotherhood and The Coathangers.
