Cavalcade stress importance of mental health in new single

Cavalcade return with new single 'Ultraviolet'

East London quartet Cavalcade are creating blistering waves in the music industry with their latest single ‘Blueness Is A Heavy Stone’.

Recently signed to indie label These Bloody Thieves Records, Cavalcade are packing out venues inside the capital with their electric live shows, they have proved that the Cavalcade journey is one to watch.

‘Blueness Is A Heavy Stone’ is the band’s third single which was written directly to stress the importance of mental health, the single aims to provide the listener with the message that it’s ok not to be ok. Everyone experiences days shrouded in blueness, but sometimes that load isn’t always as difficult to carry.

Lead vocalist and songwriter Connor Duggan has said that the latest single “discusses a topic that is quite rightly at the foreground of a lot of people’s thoughts today. As a group of young men, we felt as though it’s just as important to talk about our experiences while also giving this sense of optimism through both the lyrics and the musicality of the song”.

Comprised of Connor Duggan (vocals/rhythm), Jack Campbell (lead guitar), Tom Nunn (bass) and Steve Norris (drums), Cavalcade are just waiting to impress the masses. Let us know what you think and leave a rating out of 10.
