Through iTunes Japan and an Amazon listing we have been absolutely blessed with confirmed news of Arctic Monkeys latest album. Unless it was deliberate, which is possible, someone is getting fired for these blunders. Titled ‘Tranquillity Base Hotel & Casino’, the sixth album from the group is set to come out in little over a month on the 11th of May. We don’t know too much except for the reveal video posted by the official Arctic Monkey’s YouTube page.
This then got backed up with the fact that the album is now available to preorder on the Arctic Monkeys’/Domino Records website. The track listing is interesting to say the least, while the video has provided some inkling as to what the album will sound like, the track listing almost throws that off entirely. The video seems to suggest more AM vibes, with that deep, rumbling, sexy bass vibe.
