London-based band ABQ have released a sneak peek of their upcoming single ‘Neon’ to eager fans wanting that exclusive play.

If you subscribed to the band’s mailing list, you will have been given 30 seconds to listen to, but here on ICM you can listen to ‘Neon’ in full.

With only a small number of releases to their name, the band emanate angst, frustration and emotion through their music. Coupled with an energetic and slick live show, ABQ provides a big, powerful and polished sound with undeniable hooks you can sink your teeth into.

ABQ are a unique proposition; their lead singer Paul Shevlin, winner of the BRIT Awards sponsored ‘Next BRIT Thing’ has a distinctive voice, combining emotion, character and texture that certainly gives this outfit an undeniable edge.

Hailing from Belfast, the quartet were nominated for ‘Best Music Video’ at the ICM Awards for their latest single ‘Edge Of The Earth‘. The band has also signed the Primary Talent Booking agents roster and are concentrating their energies on releasing new singles in 2020 to showcase their versatility and grow an audience for their professional, clean and anthemic music style within the UK and Irish Indie Scene.
