Modern Age Music Song of the Day: The Tarantulips – ‘Gush’

Indie-rock trio The Tarantulips hail from the Channel Islands, describing their sound as “sweat, surf and cloudy beach days.”
Having listened to latest single ‘Gush’, it’s hard to disagree with that description. The opening guitar riff immediately transports the listener, and the joint vocals of singers Elisa Da Silva and Nic Dinnie work in harmony to create a truly immersive sound.
The band say ‘Gush’ is “a song about the roller-coaster of young love and heartbreak.”
