It’s official! Little Comets are touring with their good friends from Wales, Catfish and the Bottlemen. Their debut album, The Balcony has been an instant success, and now they have sold out their UK tour. Little Comets are on their third album and with good gig experience, but with The Bottlemen already playing at reading festival it’s more of a good feeling to be touring along with good mates. This news only came to light last night through their Twitter Accounts a week before the Bottlemen finish their US tour. While Little Comets finished their tour on Saturday in their biggest home town gig in Newcastle.

After seeing Little Comets play at Koko, fans really can’t complain because they were superb that Thursday night, pulling off an outstanding gig. The Geordie three-piece took the pleasure of a jam packed crowd along side Lisbon and Model Aeroplanes. Little Comets have a revolutionary sound on record; I don’t know anyone else who has a sound like it and no one can accuse them of poor musicianship in the live arena. They’re making their very unique mark on the indie scene that’s saturated with try-hard alternative sounds. Theirs however, is fluid, exciting and totally recognizable. So when the gig comes very soon, the fans are in for a treat!
