Picture This change their tone for ‘One Drink’

Irish quartet Picture This release ‘One Drink’ as we anxiously await their sophomore album MDRN LV.

‘One Drink’ introduces the album with a funky guitar-driven strut, danceable beat, and slick, soaring, and swaggering hook. Frontman Ryan Hennessy captivates with an undeniable and unbreakable chant.

Produced by Jayson Dezuzio (Imagine Dragons, X Ambassadors), the record represents a creative high watermark for the quartet as they expand their signature style and venture into an uncharted sonic territory.

Compared to their first release of ‘This Morning‘, the band have swerved away from their acoustic-electric indie-pop to a heavier synth-pop beat. It will be interesting to see what songs will fit into this album as it will sound odd having guitar-rock and synth-pop.

Two years since their formation, they’ve impressively sold over 300K tickets, concluding 2017 with a sold-out UK and Ireland tour highlighted by gigs at O2 Shepherd’s Bush London, SSE Arena Belfast, and a two-night stand at 3Arena in Dublin.

MDRN LV is due for release on February 15, 2019, ahead of their March UK and Ireland tour which has almost sold out. There are currently limited tickets for their Brighton and London shows.
