The Lathums put on some show for their Scottish followers last Thursday evening.
Opening the show was Edinburgh based, Brooke Combe who succeeded at getting the Scottish voices warmed up. She finished the set by giving her own rendition of ‘Yes Sir, I can boogie’ so spirits were high!
Next came the boys and they were in for a treat. Starting off with their hit track, ‘Fight on’ they got the crowd going instantly and they quickly proved to the band that they could in fact boogie.
Alex and the rest of the lads played through their chart-topping album before Alex treated the engrossed crowd to a few acoustic and intimate tunes which went down a treat.
Overall, The Lathums blew the roof off the Barrowland Ballroom and I think everyone in the room would agree…
