Last year SLAS opened BBC Radio One’s Stage at Reading and Leeds as well as performing at Live at Leeds, one of the UK’s biggest city festivals, and boy did they step up and deliver some superb sets. Sounds like a Storm also were the first band to tour with ICM.
The band first met in their school days and performing at some of the UK’s biggest festivals last year can be seen as a dream come true as well as fuelling their motivation to cause big waves next year, maybe even a tsunami… Rumour has it that they are gearing up to release a bunch of new singles which will build up the hype, treating loyal fans after an incredibly busy 2018. Here at ICM, we are more than excited to hear what the Leeds rockers have got to uncover in the future.
Another big moment for SLAS was their ICM TV set which saw them perform two unreleased tracks and an outstanding cover of the old school classic Tainted Love, highlighting why they should be ‘one to watch’ in 2019.
