Lobster Pot combine hard hitting vocals and punchy indie rock
Indie funk band Lobster Pot returned with their first single of the year last month called ‘You Won’t See Me Again’ and their most aggressive to date.
From hard hitting vocals and sassy lyrics to the punchy rock guitars, Lobster Pot are free to lose themselves in the music and take the audience with them.
‘You Won’t See Me Again’ brings out pounding drums and the funky bass lines fit nicely beside the rocky guitars and punchy instrumentation that surround it. It’s about finally breaking out of a toxic relationship and being free to be your own person.
The single is the first to be released from the south coast band after a short hiatus and a line up change which sees drummer Abi Mann and join Immy Sleep (vocals, guitar), Henry Horner (lead guitar), Jordan Houghton (bass/sax).
Lobster Pot pour their heart and soul into music which is smooth and incredibly infectious. We see a spark with this band who will continue to push for nothing but the best. Have a listen below and leave an ICM Rating out of 10!
