Listen: Manatee – Logistics

The Fleet  indie-pop four-piece Manatee consisting of Joe Alexander (rhythm guitarist/lead vocalist), Calum Ellison (lead guitarist), Sophie Wickham (vocals/bass) and Zach Boakes (drums).

The four are The group have released a debut EP called ‘Hours and Hours and Hours’ including their debut single ‘Logistics’ Upon just a couple of listens, the lyrics to ‘Logistics’ find a way to stick into my head, accompanied by the summery vibe that it brings. The intro simulates a feeling of summer and fun; a definite need for your summer playlist.

With influences from Two Door Cinema Club and Dog is Dead (now known as D.I.D), indie fans around the country are going to swallow this track up in an instance. The bounce between female and male vocals in the song is a refreshing twist, which this upcoming band is able to pull off effortlessly.

‘Logistics’ is a song that should be, and will be, blasted out of cars as they travel around in the sun this year. It’s available NOW!. So indie lovers go and purchase a single that will surely have you singing along within minutes.
