Lace Thief captivates you with dreamy synths and ethereal indie folk

Nottingham singer-songwriter Laura Dickinson aka Lace Thief finds a deep connection to her audience through her unfolding synths and indie folk embrace.

Releasing new single ‘Sister Of The North’ last month (September 21), Laura performed at Rough Trade in front of eager fans ready to hear the new single as well as new, unheard material from her upcoming album ‘Inheritance’.

‘Sister Of The North’ explores themes of distance and sisterhood through a dreamy production of ethereal synths and basslines as Laura’s soaring vocal presence demands your attention. Lace Thief captures the raw emotions and honesty through her music where you can visually feel what she’s trying to say.

This is only her third single released as part of her solo project, Laura is also collaborating with artist from across the Midlands to create a visual album called Local Honey. Artworks will be from Leicester based mixed media artist Gemma Vincent.
