Jamie T Announces UK Tour And Studio Album

Jamie T has announced the release of his next studio album. ‘Trick’, will be released on September 2nd through Virgin EMI.

Jamie T kept fans waiting for 5 years between albums, ‘Kings and Queens’ and ‘Carry On The Grudge’. But, ‘Trick’, is only 2 years on since his last album release.

The ‘Sticks and Stones’ singer has also announced a huge UK tour in support of the album, including 3 massive nights at Brixton Academy, London.

The new record has been described as a “brave and eclectic rock/punk/reggae/rap/pop celebration that only Jamie T could make”.

The album is “a proud, punchy summing-up of all Jamie’s unique signatures” and sees Jamie T play all instruments alongside long term collaborator James Dring.

The album, ‘Trick’, which will be released on September 2nd will feature his latest single, ‘Tinfoil Boy’, which is out now.

The five-time NME winner and Mercury nominee will also embark on an 18-date UK tour. Including three nights at London’s Brixton Academy from 8-10 October, with tickets going on sale next Friday 22 July at 9am.
