Idle Frets and Pleasure House headline CloseUp Promotions show

Up and coming indie bands Idle Frets and Pleasure House are to co-headline Thousand Island in Highbury next Thursday. If you’re interested in discovering new music or love indie rock and pop, then this is the perfect show for you!

Idle Frets is a four-piece rock band from Chester. Their catchy guitar-driven music is pulling in fans at record speed with their single Glow being featured on This Morning. Fans love their energetic live shows. They’ve made habit of performing as much as they can which as led them to support bands like The 1975, Catfish and The Bottlemen.

Pleasure House are the much talked about Birmingham 4-piece are back with another massive nationwide tour and more music on the horizon. Unleashing a full bodied production complete with sultry harmonies and haunting psych drum and guitar patterns they are ones you can’t afford to miss this year.

How’s Harry are a fairly new band, only forming in late 2016 creating an anthemic dark-pop sound. The London lads have a habit of selling out hometown shows, and we aren’t surprised after watching them perform at CloseUp Festival this month with wavy guitar riffs and a heavy irresistible punchy rock chorus you’ll have to get there early to make sure you see what will no doubt be a captivating set.

Bronte only released their debut EP this year, but they have already gained suitors from across the capital as they make their mark on London’s indie pop scene, the trio has already crafted their groove-driven tropical indie pop blend. So make sure to get down early for these guys. Meaningful lyrics layered on intricate guitars allow for some great tunes.
