As a quartet jumping over the genre boundaries, LIME feature in the ICM Ones To Watch 2021 series for their wonderful exuberance of shimmering sounds.
The indie rock band from Brighton consists of Chloe Howard (Vocals/Guitar), Leila Deeley (Guitar), Tippi Morgan (Bass) and Annabel Whittle (Drums) and they haven’t been releasing music for long.
In fact, they are just two singles in and have already made quite the impact. Debut hit ‘Surf N Turf’ and ‘Fever’ have been massive successes. Both tracks are compelling soundtracks that get into the minds of Gen Z’s with funky bass lines, enchanting hook-filled vocals and catchy guitar rhythmics.
Despite LIME sitting quietly so far in 2021, they announced a tour support slot with London band Junodream who were picked by Jack Saunders on his Next Wave show on Radio 1. Either way, you’ll be hearing the name LIME more often as they months go by – stay tuned for what happens next.
