Fuzzwalker

St Albans rising Brit-rock starts Fuzzwalker release their new DIY single ‘Hazy’ today (July 1).

The quartet has been rising through the ranks through BBC Introducing and across the local scene with gripping tunes, soaring choruses and unique sonic signatures.

‘Hazy’ is a brash, engrossing sonic leap into a not-so-farfetched reality that is never quite what it seems. What makes it extra special is this band record, produce and master the song all on their own and do a bloody good job. I remember speaking to Matt and Billy at a networking meeting about two years ago just as they were starting out. They listened carefully and took everything on board.

Now, you have a band that brings a relentlessly rousing attitude that surrounds a compelling lyrical take on modern love, life, and interweaving minds.

With an unforgivingly catchy chorus, powerful and dynamic verses, and a bridge that pulls you into another dimension before spitting you back out, ‘Hazy’ projects a slew of emotion that invites you along for the ride.

Released alongside the new single is B-Side ‘Behind The Scenes’; a quickfire, head-turning belter, you’ll hear this tune opening the band’s live sets – drawing attention and directing energy stageward. A Short, Sharp, Searing Shock to the system.
