York based Indie Rock powerhouse King No-One are back with their enthralling new single ‘Halo’.
The energetic four-piece has been blowing away audiences throughout the UK playing multiple O2 Academy tours and performing at a multitude of festivals including both Reading and Leeds, Dot to Dot, Live at Leeds, The Great Escape amongst others.
‘Halo’ displays a band emanating creativity. The result is an introspective view of an artist looking for new avenues of expression. Their sharp melodic and rhythmic sound promises a lot. The candid vocal delivery of the verses contrasted with the raucous choruses leaves an unforgettable imprint and is reminiscent of household names such as The Killers, Peace and Sundara Karma.
Vocalist Zach Lount explains that the song is about “standards and limits set within relationships from social and personal pressures”.
