Franklin have been creating acoustic/indie pop music for two years now, they have rapidly grown in size by playing at the popular local venue with indie bands, The Horn, St. Albans.
The indie quartet includes Alex Frankl (Vocal/Guitar), Brandon Hargrave (Lead Guitar/Keys), Seb Hakim (Drums) and Barney Trent (Bass). I used to go to school with Seb, and to be honest I didn’t think that indie was his type of music!
Franklin recently released their latest single ‘Causes’ in April, and have been battling it out to get a chance to play at Boardmasters Festival – which they won by the way! So you can see them perform at the Cornish festival taking place from the 10th to 14th August.
Previous performances include, an opening set for The Pigeon Detectives at Hertfordshire Universities Fresher’s week and numerous gigs at The Horn have brought them so far.
