CloseUp Festival announce headliner

CloseUp Promotions based in London are running their second festival at Hoxton Square Bar & Kitchen on Saturday May 13th. The now complete line up will be hosted over two stages in the heart of London to see 12 amazing indie/pop acts in a day.

Ekkah will be headlining the festival in May. The UK pop duo Rebekah Pennington and Rebecca Wilson will get you grooving on the dancefloor with their 80’s inspired pop and R&B. Have a listen tp their hit track ‘Last Chance To Dance’ mixed with sassy vibes and sleek vocals you’ll want to add them to any Spotify playlist.

ICM favourite KYKO’s indie-pop has a distinct tropical edge fusing melodic guitar rhythms is perfect for a summer festival. With his new EP Wildlife released last month KYKO is an up and coming superstar.

British singer/songwriter Jerry Williams from Portsmouth is the final announcement. After emerging in 2014 with her debut EP she has done incrediably well for her self with tonnes of airplay on BBC Radio 1 etc. Jerry’s beautiful voice will bring a certain affection to the stage, making it the perfect set for a great festival.

The current lineup features sets from Hows Harry, Jakl, Sasha Brown, Glass Peaks, Martin Luke Brown, as well as The Bulletproof Bomb, Model Aeroplanes and our favourites Marsicans.
