Chart-topping indie rockers Blossoms are to headline this year’s annual NME Awards tour, it has been announced.
Support for the spring gigs is to come in the form of fellow Stockportian Rory Wynne, and BBC Sound of 2017 nominees Cabbage.
Cabbage released compilation EP ‘Young, Dumb and Full Of… Cabbage’ this month, and previously supported Blossoms on their autumn 2016 UK tour.
Blossoms’ eponymous debut was recently unvieled as the IndieCentralMusic Album of 2016, topping 50-strong list of records released last year.
The NME Awards tour is now in its 22nd year, with previous headliners including the likes of The Killers, The Cribs and Palma Violets.
