Major Love; the tropical track bringing a blast of warmth to a bleak season.
Mancunian born Bipolar Sunshine (aka Adio Marchant) has returned with his 4th single of the year Major Love. The tropical bass-beat fueled song exuberates positive energy with soulful vocals and an ongoing sense of danceability. The track itself is Marchant’s 2nd single released from his own label, Grey Label, and narrates the idea of carefree love; going out, travelling the world and doing things you love with the people you love.
Having started out on pirate radio; Bipolar Sunshine then went on to release 2 iconic EPs in 2013 titled Drowning Butterflies and Aesthetics, feature on DJ Snake’s recent summer floor filler Middle, release a cover of Coldplay’s The Scientist in 2017 and two other singles; Tears and Are You Happy.
His latest single joins Are You Happy in being part of a new dance driven direction that Adio appears to be taking. The track carries the same Sunshine essence of his previous work with the sense of mellow bliss that many people came to fall in love with. However, it also features soothingly rich rhythmic synth tones and reverberated guitars to provide an all-new joyful dancefloor hit.
Given that Major Love is the 4th single that Bipolar Sunshine has released this year, it seems right to presume that there’s potentially an album in the works – 2018 release maybe?
Major Love is just yet another incredibly well-made track from Bipolar Sunshine, it’s an instant summer anthem and provides strong hope for what music is to come in the future.
