Bad Suns are an indie rock outfit from Los Angeles consisting Christo Bowman, Gavin Bennett, Miles Morris and Ray Libby. The band had recently released their second studio album ‘Disappear Here’ last month but hasn’t really got the recognition it truly deserves over here in the UK.

That’s why we have picked their album title track ‘Disappear Here’ as our Song Of The Week.

The track opens the record with a reassuring blend of post-punk melodies and ’80s guitars, all crafted to perfection through modern pop with the help of long-time producer Eric Palmquist, who also produced their debut album ‘Language & Perspective’.

With a powerful upbeat beginning, spectacular stadium-sized choruses and frisky drum beats have us hooked, with  ‘Heartbreaker’ and ‘Patience’ backing up the rest of the album to make it just as strong. Bad Suns also had a great summer touring America with Halsey to make the album build up that extra special.
