Brooders – ‘Resurface’ – MAM’s Song Of The Week

Brooders

‘Resurface’ is the latest release from Leeds psyche-grunge three-piece Brooders. The band played the Modern Age Music stage at Tramlines in July, and it’s safe to say they left their mark. They have a hugely engaging, powerful live show, and their latest single captures a piece of what they’re all about.

‘Resurface’ is driven by a fuzzy guitar riff and powerful vocal performance by lead singer Adam Bairstow. The second half of the song is purely instrumental as the guitar riffs takes over and drives a monumental finish.

Brooders play Café Totem in Sheffield on 22nd September, followed by a hometown show at the Lending Room in Leeds on 10th October.

Go check them out live, it’s a must-see.
