Song Of The Week: Kid Wave – Everything Changes

Kid Wave

This week’s Song Of The Week comes from London indie quartet Kid Wave with their new track ‘Everything Changes’.

Kid Wave started out as Swedish singer and songwriter Lea Emmery in 2013 before enlisting old friend Mattias Bhatt, drummer teacher Serrea Petale and bassist Harry Deacon to form Kid Wave. The quartet have gone onto great heights touring with some big names; The Orwells, Bully and Stereophonics, followed by a European tour with The Vaccines.

Now in the US, Kid Wave have taken their 90s inspired melodic pop to new heights. ‘Everything Changes’ sounds like an artist brimming with confidence and ideas,  it’s glowing, dreamy, expressive beat shows a young talented band blossoming into an strong, assertive ‘Adult Wave’.

Kid Wave are currently touring the US with The Shins before playing at SXSW festival in Austin, Texas. For all the dates check them out below >
