Saint Clare share haunting music video for single ‘Haunts’

Canadian outfit Saint Clare have just shared a music video for the second single ‘Haunts’ taken from their new EP ‘EPIII’.

The creepy and haunting video’s DIY effect with the band dressing up as monsters in an attempt to scare you. Their frantic, heartfelt rock ‘n’ roll that walks the line between garage rock and pop draws comparisons to the Pixies, Husker Du, and The Cure. Their big, catchy sound is driven by the energy of front-man Matthew Saint Clare and the pop melodies of their horn section.

The seven-piece is a bar-room orchestra featuring; Matthew Saint Clare (Vocals & Guitar), Richard Jeffrey (Guitar), Geoff Taylor (Bass), Daniel Devries (Drums), Casey Comeau (Piano/Organ/Synth) Morgan Grant (Tenor Sax) and Nick DiSaverio (Trombone).

Based in the capital, Ottawa, the band have had played festivals such as Ottawa Bluesfest, Canadian Music Week, Megaphono, and CityFolk/Marvest. The band’s third EP, obviously titled ‘EP III’ is out now.

You can find Saint Clare on Facebook and Twitter.
