Ones To Watch 2020: Bedroom / Boredom
Indie pop quartet Bedroom / Boredom feature on the Ones To Watch 2020 list following a successful year for the band.
Hailing from London, the band has been on ICM’s radar since 2015 and have made significant progress in 2019 with the release of their third EP; TV Brain and subsequent singles.
With catchy riffs, emotive lyrics and powerful psychedelica tightly compacted into indie pop anthems, Bedroom / Boredom are game changers in London’s Indie Music Scene. It proves that they are going to be something special and that we should all be along for the journey, shouting these lyrics right back at them.
2019 saw the band wrap it up with over 674,000 steams in 78 countries on Spotify; some bands with much bigger audiences had less reach than Bedroom / Boredom, they have steadily worked their way up to become a well-known indie name across the country and beyond.
The once young six-piece, now turned young four-piece, already have a mini UK tour planned in April and have hinted at new music on their social media so eager fans can expect plenty more psych-funk filled tunes in the coming months.
