No Hot Ashes – Ones To Watch 2019

No Hot Ashes

One of the hottest new indie rock bands to come out of Stockport is No Hot Ashes.

The quartet, known for the jangly guitars and flamboyant personalised lyrics, the ‘Cool Cats’ are paving their own unique way to success. Comprising of Isaac Taylor (Vocals/Guitar), Luigi Di Vuono (Guitar/BV’s), Jack Walsh (Bass Guitar) and Matthew Buckley (Drums) they produce catch-fire chord changes and booty-shaking 70s and 80s disco rock tunes.

Since releasing their debut EP Skint Kids Disco early last year, the band has gone on to play a dozens of UK shows, Neighbourhood Weekender, Dot to Dot, Liverpool Sound City and many more performances on the festival circuit – the list goes on. The quartet has also been nominated for Manchester’s breakthrough act at CityLife Awards 2019.

Currently signed to independent Liverpool based record labelModern Sky UK, No Hot Ashes have amassed over two million streams on Spotify and have supported bands such as Spring King, Blossoms, The Amazons and Prides.

There’s no news of any new music or tours just yet but keep an eye on what they’re up to as they’ll be back with a bang.
