MAM Song of the Week: Record Street – ‘Don’t Waste My Time’

Modern Age Music ‘Ones To Watch’ pick Record Street provide this week’s Song of the Week with the opening track of their debut album ‘Don’t Waste My Time’.

The four-piece released their debut record ‘Way of Life’ in September, after recording in Copenhagen, Denmark earlier in the year. ‘Don’t Waste My Time’ opens the album and kicks straight into overdrive with driving guitar riffs, pumping drums, and a rasping indie-rock vocal.

Record Street are based just outside Burnley, and have recently returned from a 17-date European tour with German band Maerzfeld.

They headline one of the Modern Age Music ‘Ones To Watch’ showcases in January, at Night People Manchester on January 17th. Tickets are available at www.modernagemusic.co.uk
