Grow comes to us at only 2 minutes and 55 seconds – A relatively short track in comparison to the norm. But this a song that doesn’t fit into the norm. Its touching, effective and effortlessly clear as to what Submariner want you to feel when listening. You have to sit back, relax, close your eyes and feel the music. Hear the lyrics in relation to yourself.

When talking about the single, frontman Jimmy Herrity explains: “I wrote Grow a while back and kept it on the shelf, always wanting to do something with it and finally we reached a stage as a band where it felt relevant. Musically it is very simple and to the point whilst lyrically it covers, what it is to be a stagnant millennial with endless opportunities, but this daunting irony that they’re limited by time. It was written during a summer where I was ill and genuinely thought I was going to kick the bucket.”

The new track marks the first in a series of planned releases that are to showcase their true talents. These talents along with packed out shows in Brighton, Southampton & London, and festival appearances at Wickham Festival and soon to be Victorious Festival, have helped to quickly develop a strong following.

Grow is scheduled for official release on Friday 18th August 2017.
