Artist Spotlight – Moses

Moses

Our first Artist Spotlight of 2017 is rising stars Moses. Four guys met in London at the beginning of 2015, started writing music together and never stopped since then. Victor, Juno, Matt and Zakk have relatively gone unnoticed until late last year with a couple of special London shows that have changed their lives.

We saw the band in August, where they supported The Bulletproof Bomb at the KOKO’s NME club nights. With a virtually sold out venue Moses completely blew us away with the fist play of a string. Their mid 2000’s indie rock has a strong place inside the indie community so people can let loose and have a great time.

Stage presence is also crucial for any new band starting out and guitarist Juno certainly captured everyone’s attention staying almost motionless in the air for a few seconds and kick out the feet, showing off their rock attitude.

Their debut single ‘Leave Leave Leave’, released in September kicked things off for Moses and invited back to play KOKO’s Christmas show and support with Ash and Black Honey has put them in good form for 2017.

Listen to ‘Low’ below and find them on Facebook.
