Tinnedfruit – Experimental Alt-rockers

Tinnedfruit are set to unleash their third album in just two years. Something is certainly rumbling in the deepest depths of the south west.

Entitled ‘Boring Art’, the album that is due October 5th will feature their latest single ‘Steal It’ that stands out from the rest of their releases.

Based in Falmouth, Cornwall, Tinnedfruit recorded at Falmouth University’s AMATA Recording Studios and guitarist and vocalist Danny Wither’s bedroom, these 11 tracks showcase the bands experimental side, and is a dramatic departure from 2017’s ‘Sorry Guys’ LP.

“We wanted to create something that departed from the previous albums sound in some respects.” Said the band. “By introducing some synthesis and trying to create a heavy contrast in the dynamics of the album and try to show a side of the bands songwriting that we haven’t delved into as much on previous releases.”

The record will be available in a Red/Black Marble vinyl on Autonomonster, Krautpop! and via Tinnedfruit (400 copies only) and there is an exclusive 100 copy variation on clear vinyl with a red, black and pink available only from Hot Wax Records.
